 Belle and Krew unveil their brand new live set at Subtone Dec 7th for the next Dub Cartel main room takeover! You will recognise Belle’s voice from some of the top UKF Dubstep releases, most notably on Flux Pavilion’s remix of ‘Cracks’ by Freestylers .

BELLE HUMBLE – I make music cos I love it, I really do.  I sing and I also write songs for other people.  Some songs of mine:  Cracks (Freestylers/Flux Pavilion), City 2 City (Zomboy), Headrush (501), Move Closer (DC Breaks) Runnin (Cutline).  Im also one half of a project called UMI, one of our songs is currently featured on the Microsoft Bing advert, Where You Want to Be. Their current gig list fully cements them into the superstar status with a monthly residency at Judgement Sundays in Ibiza to their names, an appearance at The Word DJ Festival in South Korea, not forgetting to mention playing for Ministry of Sound, LMP Presents, Fabric and the Afterparty Warehouse Experience out of their bulging diary! The Squatters aren’t one to rest on their laurels either, having just launched their label “What’s Your Status?” which is sure to amass a back catalogue of blinding tunes, they will be celebrating this new chapter in their careers with a World Wide Tour to each corner of the globe ensuring no country is in the dark about The Squatters’ energy, talent, beats and kick ass production.

DJ Wire started his career playing on pirate radio station Freak FM along side DJ EZ and The Heartless Crew, he is credited with playing an instrumental part in the formation of the “Grime” scene with the release of his seminal track “Believe Me” in 2003 which was originally championed by EZ. From there he went on to join now legal Rinse FM which at the time was home to the likes of Dizzy Rascal and Wiley.

This marked the start of 2 further years producing and DJ’ing around the UK Garage and Grime scene with tremendous national radio support. He went on to make a mark on the Drum and Bass scene becoming a resident at east london’s Herbal and releasing several tracks with support from the likes of Pendulum and DJ Hype amongst many others and then in 2008 he teamed up with Chase and Status to set-up and run MTA Records – home to Nero and 16bit. It was through Chase and Status he met Example. At this time Wire produced several tracks for Example’s “Won’t go quietly” Gold selling album. During this period of intense production and touring performing as part of Example’s live show, Wire completed remixes for the likes of Kids in glass houses, Example and Ellie Goulding. In 2010 he presented his first multi genre mix CD entitled “The Playlist” for Ministry of Sound with Example which represented the content of their DJ sets.

DJ Wire continues to work with Chase and Status at MTA Records and performing DJ sets with Example around the UK and the world, in locations including Ibiza, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, South East Asia, Europe and South Africa to name a few. More recently DJ Wire has a signed his current single “Band of Outsiders” to Steve Aoki’s highly revered Dim Mak label.
